Our technology enables recycled content that is fully traceable without necessitating a complicated mass balance accounting approach. Physically present recycled content is thus guaranteed in the product.

Our recycled styrene can be used in key sectors for a decarbonized tomorrow – including packaging, electronics, construction, vehicles and even in the health sector and hospitals.

Our upstream process includes a cutting-edge separation technology that removes any contaminants, including pigments and flame retardants (HBCD). After having been depolymerized with our microwave technology, the recycled styrene is safe for food contact.

As fossil fuel prices soar around the world, our technology makes a traditionally petrochemical process petro-free. Although electricity prices have increased in Europe especially, our technology uses half of the required energy to produce the same output than fossil material sources.

Our equipment is modular and the number of modules can be adjusted depending on the volume of plastic waste to be treated. This allows for industrial scale operations right where the final product is needed.

Tomorrow’s circular economy will keep plastic resources in the manufacturing loop and will minimize the extraction of virgin fossil resources. The Pyrowave technology allows to create a product that is traceable from the start to finish of this low-carbon circularity loop.
